Please note an update to the temporary local rules regarding the re-turfed area on the 9th hole.
The area has now recovered sufficiently and has been reclassified as an abnormal course condition (GUR). Players may take relief under Rule 16.1a or 16.1b, with the nearest point of relief outside the marked area, or they may choose to play the ball as it lies.
Additionally, the drop zone has been taken out of play.
The temporary rules sheet in the rules cabinet has been updated accordingly.
